大家好,我是 Monica,我於2025年年初畢業並獲得澳洲的營養學碩士學位, 現在是一名澳洲認證執業營養師(Accredited Practising Dietitian, APD)。我熱衷於幫助人們建立健康且可持續的飲食關係,讓營養成為生活中自然且愉快的一部分。

我擁有營養與飲食學背景,曾於醫院與社區環境中工作,協助有慢性疾病需求的個案,例如糖尿病、心血管疾病、骨質疏鬆及腸胃道疾病等。我相信營養建議應該是實際可行的、尊重文化差異的,並且根據每個人的生活方式量身訂做。

作為一位在多元文化環境中成長、能使用中文與英文溝通的營養師,我深深理解飲食與文化、家庭及身份認同之間的連結。我的目標不僅是提供以科學為基礎的營養資訊,也希望能尊重並保留每個人飲食文化中的價值與傳統。

Hi, I’m Monica!I completed my Master degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2025 and is now an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). I am passionate about helping people build a healthy and sustainable relationship with food.

With a background in nutrition and dietetics, I have experience working in hospital and community settings, supporting individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and digestive disorders. I believe nutrition should be practical, culturally respectful, and tailored to each person’s unique lifestyle.

As someone who grew up in a multicultural environment and speaks both Mandarin and English, I understand how food connects deeply with culture, identity, and family traditions. My goal is not only to provide evidence-based nutrition advice, but also to honour the foods and cultural practices that are meaningful to you.

I believe that healthy eating should not feel restrictive or overwhelming. It should feel balanced, enjoyable, and sustainable for the long term.
